Check the visibility of products on physical shelves: QPoint STORE shows you prices and assortments of physical stores in real time. QPoint STORE provides the complete panorama of the in-store presence of the product ranges, in its broadest sense of qualitative and quantitative monitoring. Access to the QPoint STORE module guarantees the user the ability to take advantage of in-store surveys carried out by visiting a multi-client panel of stores belonging to the main retail chains.
Data of are available in real time, during the survey period, while analytics on the consolidated month, are made available online at the end of the collection period. It is vital for manufacturers and retailers to have control of the assortments: full control, going beyond the simple price-presence, providing strategic information about positioning, shelf mix, branding attributes, out-of-stock.
For manufacturers
QPoint STORE allows you to monitor physical shelves as if you were inside the store. Monitoring at the single product level, position on the shelf and display attributes is carried out on the entire shelf. This is the feature that makes it immediate and easy operations such as:

- the display quality of the products with branding attributes

Expand the panel with QStore
QPoint STORE offers the possibility to expand the multiclient panel or to create a totally new one, using your own merchandisers.
Through QStore, QBerg’s Android app implementing the crowdsourcing concept, it is possible to carry out in-store surveys simply by using a smartphone. The collected data, exactly as it happens with QBerg’s field agents, will be automatically uploaded to our servers and made available to the Customer in a reserved domain.
QStore therefore allows you to implement your own monitoring network in a completely personalized way: it is the Customer who decides which points of sale, which product categories and how often.
Q&A
Q.: Can I just view, search, and analyze the presence and price of the products, or display attributes too?
A.: QPoint STORE allows you to also monitor display attributes. Location and type of display, branding attributes, presence of POP material are elements that can be used in research and analysis.
Q.: Can I also monitor the Out-of-stock?
A.: Yes: the Out-of-stock (OOS) is one of the attributes that are captured by our people. When on a shelf they find the price tag, but the product’s missing, they tag it as OOS.
Q.: If a particular storethere’s also a flyer in activity, can I see it?
A.: Yes, obviously: in the visit’s Identity Card of you will also find all flyers in validity for that store on the day of the visit. A specific analytic also highlights any deviations (different prices or missing products) between what is being promoted on flyers and what is actually available on the shelf.
Q.: During the recording period you can follow in real time the operations?
A.: Certainly: by visits’ IC and and through the Search, you can follow the monitoring of a store starting from the very next day after the visit.
Q.: I already have my own field of people doing surveys. Can I put this data into QPoint STORE?
A.: Yes, you can. With our Android app named QStore is possible for an external field to feed QPoint with data coming from an ad hoc panel. The data is then loaded into an ad-hoc domain of the client, visible and usable in QPoint STORE as a normal domain.
